A little about me...

One of if not THE most important parts of any successful venture is relationships. And that's why I think it's so vital for you to get to know me a bit before making any decisions about us working together.

the WORK

I've spent more than two decades in the organized chaos of operations, first at Disney Theatrical Group, then later leading strategic initiatives at New York University. Along the way, I've managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led organizational restructuring, overseen capital projects, designed HR systems, and generated new revenue streams. But here's what I've really learned: sustainable success isn't about working harder. It's about having the right systems in place, the right people on your team, and a clear mission to guide every decision.

That's where I come in.

I help small to mid-sized organizations move from constant crisis mode to intentional, strategic growth. Maybe you're stuck in the weeds without the staff or systems in place to allow for a growth mindset. Maybe you can't afford more full-time help, or you're not sure exactly who or what you need. Maybe you know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. I get it. And I can help.

My approach is straightforward: I ask a lot of questions, get to the root of what's actually going on (it may not be what you think!), and work alongside you to build an infrastructure that lets you lead instead of constantly fighting fires. I'll look at your org chart, your budget, your workflows, and help you see what's working, what's not, and what's possible. Then we'll build systems and structures that actually fit your reality, rather than a template. Whether you need fractional COO support, help restructuring your operations, or coaching to strengthen your team, I bring both strategic expertise and a genuine commitment to you and your goals.

the PERSON

I've been married to my husband for almost 20 years, and am a mom to two kids who consistently keep me humble. Together we have Sammy, a scrappy rescue pup from the ASPCA who was allegedly a Maltese but is definitely not that. We're currently based in the NYC area, but are planning an extended time abroad in the coming months, in part why I've built my consulting practice to be fully remote and location-independent.

I'm a dedicated lifelong learner as well as an avid reader, toggling between everything from light romcoms and murder mysteries, to novels for my book club and business/personal development books... depending on my mood and energy level. I'm hyper-organized (I will send you a meeting agenda), passionate about not wasting people's time, and deeply invested in making sure everyone feels heard and valued.

I also believe that creativity and human connection are essential in any industry—not just the arts. The organizations that thrive are the ones that invest in their people, lead with clarity, and stay grounded in their mission.
